The concept of learning community is accomplishing learning together by communicating with others. Through the guiding education, students can experience the joy of learning and achievement as well as cultivate learning and thinking ability by exploring ways of learning. The nature and character recognition of Chinese followed in such classrooms, with children's literacy course can develop the concept of the learning community to import Chinese character teaching program, is expected to improve the teaching problems and enhance students' literacy skills.
The study is based on the theory of literacy by recognizing structures and principles of characters and learning community to implement the action research in 9 weeks. The process of teaching will be observed and analyzed through students’ assignments and worksheets after the end of action research. In the end of study, to verify the result, the post-test will be implemented to students by using the Chinese literacy scale in order to understand the extent of student progress.
