研究目的:本研究旨在探討教練效能與轉型式領導之關係。研究方法:採問卷調查法,本研究以102學年度大專籃球聯賽之第一與二級運動員為主要研究對象,包含35個籃球隊伍,共發出556份問卷,男生人數為333人,女生為223人,刪除廢卷後得有效問卷460份,有效問卷率為83%。研究工具以「教練效能量表」和「轉型領導量表」為測量工具。資料收集後,以描述性統計(descriptive analyses)、皮爾森積差相關(Pearson correlation)、多元同時迴歸(multiple simultaneous regression analysis)進行統計。研究結果:教練效能四個向度皆與轉型領導四個向度呈正向相關。在預測方面,動機效能可正向預測理想影響、鼓舞動機、智力激發、個別關懷;比賽策略效能可正向預測理想影響;技術效能則可正向預測個別關懷;培養品格效能可正向預測理想影響與激發智力。結論:釐清教練效能與轉型領導之影響關係,以及兩者之間的預測效果。
The purpose of this study aimed to explore the relationship between coaching efficacy and transformational leadership. Methods: This study using questionnaire to survey. The subjects of the study are 460 basketball athletes of 102 University Basketball Association, including 35 basketball teams. The total numbers of valid questionnaires are 556, except 96 invalid questionnaires. The rate of valid questionnaires is 83%. In this study, Coach Efficacy Scale and Transformational Leadership Scale are used as measurement tools. After collecting data, analyze these data by using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and multiple simultaneous regression analysis. Results: The four dimensions of coaching efficacy and the four dimensions of transformational leadership were positively correlated. Motivation efficacy positively predicted idealized influence, inspiring motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individual consideration. Strategy efficacy positively predicted idealized influence. Teaching technique efficacy positively predicted individual consideration. Character building efficacy positively predicted idealized influence and intellectual stimulation. Conclusion: Figure out the relationship of Coaching Efficacy and Transformational Leadership and the prediction of them.
