隨著移動互聯網時代的到來,人們越來越依賴使用移動智慧產品。工具類app作為移動電子產品上的必備app,一直擁有著大量的用戶群體,但由於工具類app的開發門檻較低和競爭對手較多,其生存壓力很大,如果不能讓原本工具類app上毫無聯繫的用戶互動起來,增強用戶的活躍度和對產品的黏著度,其被市場淘汰的可能性極大。工具類app增加社群功能是能實現其產品形態的轉型,并採用用戶產生內容(UGC)模式讓用戶參與到產品的社群互動中,增強其互動性。本研究用案例分析法和訪談法對墨跡天氣進行個案分析,探究工具類app如何去吸引用戶和增加社群功能。根據文獻資料整理將社群UGC模式中的用戶分類成潛水者、貢獻者和專業者,分析不同類型用戶產生的內容對用戶體驗的影響來探究怎麼經營工具類app的社群。最後藉由這篇論文給正在準備增加社群功能的工具類app的開發者和經營者帶來一些啟發和建議。
With the advent of the mobile Internet era, people are increasingly dependent on the use of mobile smart products. As an essential app on the mobile electronic products, tools app always has a large number of user groups, but because of the low threshold and more competitors, its survival is difficult. If it cannot make the original users interact together to enhance the activeness and stickiness on the product, it has the possibility of being eliminated by the market greatly. Improving community features can help tools app to achieve its transformation of product, and the User-Generated Content (UGC) mode allows the users to interact with the community of the product so that it can enhance the interaction. This study uses case analysis method and interview method for case analysis about MoWeather to explore how to attract users and how to increase community features. In accordance with the literature review, users of User-Generated Content (UGC) mode are sorted into Lurkers, Contributors and Specialists. The study analyzes the impact of different types of users in User-Generated Content mode on the User Experience to explore how to operate the community of tools app. At last this paper is to be prepared to bring some inspiration and advice for developers and operators who want to increase community features for tools app.
