Smartphones function has become more powerful, high-speed internet link service has been closely integrated with our daily life and difficult to separate. It causes many people having social anxiety disorder if their phone doesn’t with them. When the smartphone market has being a strong competition and low-profit, consumers choice of products is no longer limited to the appearance、functionality and price,branding image and service quality requirements would be an important factor of consumer consideration . In this low margin market, smartphone vendors all starts to carry out cost control and operational strategy adjustment, After-Sales Service is the first-line to face consumers which presents to consumers the services impression associate corporate brand image directly . This study attempts from the contents of industry practice, try to use the strategy of the service quality management of branding、Porter's Five Forces analysis to optimize the company service operation which reflect spending budget control and construct the best benefit of the service focus on competition.
