現今全球網路通訊產業技術日新月異,各家網路通訊產品研發設計廠商必須在預計時程內完成開發並生產以符合客戶開出之產品功能及規格,還有出貨安排。而由於電腦網路通訊、手機行動通訊、衛星通訊以及數位家庭等無線通訊產品日漸普及,市場規模與商機愈來愈龐大,使這個產業變成了兵家必爭之地,競爭激烈程度前所未有。
為了提升競爭力,各家廠商在產品設計上不論機能、外觀及使用材質都不斷地推陳出新,在產品製造上更要求品質強化服務,提升設計端之研發能力和效率,時程上一定要滿足顧客需求,公司都能符合這些條件後,才能有辦法適者生存下來。
本論文應用精實六標準差手法以個案研究的方式做新產品開發流程的改善;以個案公司專案流程改善為例,藉由文獻探討、個案公司介紹及其運用自行研擬的新產品開發專案流程改善手法的案例等面向作探討,最後進一步的將專案流程改善的經驗當成後續新產品開發流程的參考,並做到持續改善。
Nowadays the Internet communication technology changes and improves everyday, the Internet communication device development and design for all suppliers have to complete all development process according to estimated schedule, to comply with customer’s required product functionality and specification, including shipping arrangement. The related portable computer, mobile phone, satellite and digital home products become more popular, the market size and business opportunity is getting more growing, and competitive than ever.
To enhance the competitiveness, all manufacturers not only continue to introduce new product function, appearance and materials used in product design, but also pursue quality, enhance service, improve efficiency and make the product schedule to meet customer’s requirement, then the company will survive.
The thesis uses LSS to improve new product development process by case study. To take an empirical study on a company’s improvement of project process. With literature review, case company introduction and focuses on how the company use the self-developed new product development process improvement. Finally, to improve continuously by refer to project process improvement as experience.
