Abstract
While considerable research has been done on the issue of museum experience, most attention has been paid on the interaction between the museum system and the school system. The study on the user— teachers between the two systems is still a neglected area. The subjects of this research were elementary school teachers. The findings show that there is worth noting breakthrough where the teachers do outdoor teaching in museums. Different conditions and positions that teachers have may account for their different deconstruction actions while facing institutional constraints. This paper separately describes the dynamic characteristics of ordinary teachers and special education teachers, and especially observes the use experiences of museums among special education teachers within the environment of the museum field in Taiwan towards friendly equality in the past few years. This paper is the materials of educational ethnography mentioned above. It is hoped that the teachers' museum usage experience may have a contribution to the thought and observation of the difficulties faced by heterogeneous teachers in the current education environment. New perspective and new attitudes towards teaching can thus be created via the subject initiative.
