本研究針對切換式磁阻馬達進行設計與控制分析,以提高系統操作之效能。分析方法將以有限單元法搭配理論分析為主。首先以有限單元法電腦軟體Maxwell 2D建構精準的電磁場模型,得到實際的電感特性曲線。之後考慮此電感特性,結合等效電路分析和磁路法,用以分析切換式磁阻馬達無感測控制法,並估測轉子位置,進而作為無感測驅動的條件。使用輸入狀態線性化,以平均的觀點設計控制器,並補償切換式磁阻馬達非線性效應。為驗證控制效能,我們於實機上,實作驅動電路,並以Microchip dsPIC30F4011實現控制器與驅動電路。本研究提出的分析與控制方法,以應用於無感測切換式磁阻馬達,來達到輕量化、高效能的目標。
This study investigates analysis, design and control of sensorless switched reluctance motor (SRM). A FEM software (Maxwell 2D) is used to construct an accurate electromagnetic model to obtain the actual inductance characteristics of the SRM. By incorporating the inductance characteristics into a lumped parameter model of the SRM, we can obtain information on estimating the rotor angle for sensorless control purposes. We also propose an input state linearization scheme to deal with the nonlinear voltage-torque relation in the SRM. Finally, we build the driver circuit on the real SRM machine and use Microchip dsPIC30F4011 to implement the controller. Analytical method proposed in this study is applied to a sensorless SRM to achieve the purpose of increasing performance.
