本研究以國內IC載板廠所進行的新產品平台導入專案作為目標,主要探討在利用一個跨部門的團隊,如何在客戶需求不確定及有時間限制下,藉由不斷的跟客戶溝通,修正產品的生產條件,來滿足客戶的需求,並且減少專案所需要的時間、人力及金錢成本。國內的科技產業面臨產品週期縮短的市場壓力,為了產品可以如期推出維持市場的佔有率,各家消費性電子公司必須每年定期推出新的產品,或是跟競爭對手間推出同質性差異大的商品,藉以刺激消費者的消費意願。針對客戶需求成立專案小組,並採用有別於傳統的瀑布式專案管理手法的scrum模式來執行產品專案,並且在每個階段結束時都能確認目前現況,確認產品設計合乎客戶需求,並且提前讓計畫外的問題浮現,提早獲得解決,達到專案需求。
This study introduced a new product platform to a IC carrier plant in Taiwan according to agile project management. It focused on establishing a cross-functional team and dealing with customers’ uncertain demands within the time constraints. It improved productivity and response ability to meet customers’ needs and reduced overall time and costs which are required by a project. Technology industry in Taiwan is facing the pressure from shorter product life cycle. Products need to be launched on schedule in order to maintain market share. Consumer electronics companies have to regularly introduce new products to the market each year. To meet the customers’ demands, we established a cross-functional team and used scrum mode to execute project which is different from the traditional waterfall project management. With this module we can confirm the status at each stage to align product designs with customers, and solve problems in advance.
