本研究目的是以Dreikus (1957) 錯誤行為目的理論為基礎,發展適用於臺灣國小兒童之行為目的量表,以供國小輔導工作者,在輔導時,能更有效地理解兒童,作為問題評估與輔導處域之參考,同時,增進兒童對自我行為目的之了解,進而形成改善行為動機。本研究以國小五、六年級學生為研究對象,研究樣本分為預試樣本 (200人)、正式樣本 (616人),主要研究工具為「國小兒童行為目的量表」。研究資料使用SPSS 23.0與AMOS統計軟體,進行各種統計分析。研究結果如下:
一、 本研究主要發展之國小兒童行為目的量表,共計22題,分為尋求注意 (4題)、尋求權力 (6題)、尋求報復 (6題),及表現無能 (6題) 四個分量表。
二、 本量表的信度分析,各分量表的Cronbach’s α係數介於.645至.753之間,總量表Cronbachα係數為.87,顯示本量表具有不錯的內部一致性信度。
三、 本量表的效度分析:內容效度方面,量表題目經研究對象試閱,符合研究對象可理解程度,再邀請指導教授與以評定題目初稿之適切性;效標關聯效度方面,在學業滿意度與家庭氣氛效標中,皆有呈現顯著相關,顯示有不錯的效標關聯效度;建構效度方面,各分量表與總量表之間達顯著相關,驗證性因素分析結果,顯示資料達適配指標,表示本量表具備良好建構效度。
四、 本量表現況分析:背景變項之年級與性別皆呈現顯著差異,符合理論與相關文獻之描述,而手足排行則無顯著差異。
本研究根據研究結果與討論,提出實務工作與未來研究發展上的建議,以供國民小學諮商輔導機構與人員參酌運用。

The purpose of this study is to develop " The Goals of Behavior Scale for Elementary School Students ", and for the elementary school counselors to assess children's goals of behavior before counseling. This study is based on the students of the fifth and sixth grades of the elementary school students. The research samples are divided into pre-samples (200 people), formal samples (616 people). The research main tools is "The Goals of Behavior Scale for Elementary School Students ". SPSS23.0 software was employed for data analysis.The research results are as follows:
1. The Goals of Behavior Scale for Elementary School Students has a total of 23 questions, divided into four subscales: seeking attention (4 questions), seeking power (6 questions), seeking revenge (7 questions), and display inadequacy (6 questions).
2. The reliability test is good. Cronbach’s α values of Internal consistency reliability of all sub scales is between .647 and .728. Cronbach’s α values of the Measuring Scales is .869.
3. The Validity of this study is good. The content validity fit the elementary school students to understand ; the criterion-related validity is also good ; the construct validity that the correlation coefficient between this scale and the subscales is significant level of significance.
4. There were no significant different for elementary school students’ goals of behavior in different grades and birth order, and there was significant different for elementary school students’ goals of behavior in different genders. From the measuring scale, boys are higher than girls.
According to the above conclusions and discusses , some suggestions to elementary school counseling institution , workers, and to the future researchers.
