本研究目的為探討諮商心理師原生家庭經驗與諮商自我效能之關聯，並了解核心自我評價對兩者的中介效果。本研究採量化研究的問卷調查法，以401位諮商心理師為研究對象，研究工具採用「個人資料調查表」、「原生家庭經驗量表」、「核心自我評價量表」以及「諮商自我效能量表」，並使用電腦軟體SPSS進行資料處理與分析。本研究主要結果發現如下：

一、現況上，諮商心理師原生家庭經驗尚可，也有較高的核心自我評價和諮商自我效能。
二、不同性別、諮商工作年資、父母和自己婚姻狀態的諮商心理師在原生家庭經驗有顯著差異。
三、不同性別、年齡、諮商工作年資、自己婚姻狀態的諮商心理師在核心自我評價有顯著差異。
四、不同年齡、諮商工作年資、出生序、以及自己婚姻狀態的諮商心理師在諮商自我效能有顯著差異。
五、諮商心理師原生家庭經驗、核心自我評價和諮商自我效能三者間有顯著正相關。
六、諮商心理師的原生家庭經驗對核心自我評價、諮商自我效能有正向預測力，諮商心理師的核心自我評價對諮商自我效能也有正向預測力。
七、諮商心理師的核心自我評價在原生家庭經驗和諮商自我效能間具有完全中介效果。

最終，研究者綜合研究結果和討論，提出對未來研究方向與諮商心理師的建議以供未來研究參考。

Abstract

The purpose is to explore the relationship between the original family experience and counseling self-efficacy of counselors, and to understand the mediating effect of core self-evaluation on the two.
This study adopts the questionnaire survey method of quantitative research, with 401 counselors as the research objects. The research tools use the "Personal Data Questionnaire"," Original Family Experience Scale", "Core Self-evaluation Scale" and " Counseling Self-efficacy " and use SPSS for data analysis. The main findings of this research are as follows:

1. In the current situation, the counselors' native family experience is acceptable and they also have high core self-evaluation and counseling self-efficacy.
2. The effects of different counselors’ gender, working experience, parents’ marriage and own marriage have statistically significant in their original family experience.
3. The effects of different counselors’ gender, ages, working experience and own marriage have statistically significant in their core self-evaluation.
4. The effects of different counselors’ ages, working experience, birth order and own marriage have statistically significant in their counseling self-efficacy.
5. There is a significant positive correlation between the counselor's original family experience, core self-evaluation and counseling self-efficacy.
6. The counselor’s original family experience has a positive predictive power on core self-evaluation and counseling self-efficacy, and the core self-evaluation of a counselor has positive predictive power on counseling self-efficacy.
7. The core self-evaluation of the counselor has a completely mediating effect between the original family experience and the self-efficacy of the counselors.

Based on the research results and discussions, the researcher offered several suggestions to future research, and counselor.
