Hsinchu Normal School was upgraded to Hsinchu Teachers Junior College by the government in August,1965. Hsinchu Teachers Junior College mainly has a five-year state school teacher department and a state school art teacher department in primary school teacher training. Then it was upgraded to Taiwan Provincial Hsinchu Teachers College. in July, 1987,and over the past 22 years, Hsinchu Teachers Junior College has cultivated thousands of outstanding primary school teachers. The study uses qualitative research method. From the study experience of three alumni of Hsinchu Teachers Junior College, who graduated in 1973, 1976, and 1980, to explore the learning experiences and campus life during the teacher's college, through historical research methods, interview methods and narrative research. After the data was analyzed and finishing, first presented the story of three alumni of the learning experience, and then summed in common and the differences between the three alumni of Hsinchu Teachers Junior College views. The main findings are as follows: 一.Collective discipline life makes my life a good rule. 二.Balanced education makes me learn a lot of skills. 三.Hsinchu Teachers Junior College is really conservative. 四.Although they are all students of Hsinchu Teachers Junior College, the reasons they attended college are different. 五.Social activities are fun, but they don’t seem to be like that. 六.If the time could return, Hsinchu Teachers Junior College may not be my choice.
