Abstract
The aim of this study is to examine the performance and identify the similarities and differences on mathematics teacher noticing of teachers. A total of 9 serving fifth grade teachers with different levels of seniority and backgrounds are selected as respondents.Through a video task, the respondents watch a video and give answers about what they notice. The respondents are required to answer a series of questions to the best of their ability. The researcher then analyze their noticing based on the answers. The results show that medium teachers have higher percentage of correct answers than senior and junior ones; the mathematics teachers, with their background knowledge, are able to answer more questions concerning mathematics in the video.

Keywords: Senior teachers, Medium teachers, Junior teachers, Teaching notice
