有鑑於近年國內自殺通報量居高不下，自我傷害的危機介入為專業助人實務工作者必備重要能力之一。本研究旨在建立一套可供助人專業實務工作者使用之危機處理能力自我檢核量表，期望透過自我檢核結果，促進工作者危機處理專業知能的成長。本研究統整國內外學者所提出的危機介入理論作為架構基礎、輔以相關研究文獻支持，進行量表建構，並邀請危機處理及測驗編製領域專家學者提供修改建議。邀請大學以上心理、諮商輔導、社會工作相關科系畢業，且最近三年內曾進行過自我傷害個案危機處理的助人實務工作者為研究對象，透過網路問卷的形式進行資料蒐集。經過預試與正式施測共計247份資料進行項目分析、探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析，以及信效度分析。刪除品質不佳之題項後，正式量表的危機處理能力組成軸向包含建立關係、危機評估與脈絡探詢、情緒支持與處理、具體行動計畫探討、資源連結與系統諮詢、追蹤與評估，以及自我調適與專業成長，共計七個軸向、25題題項。最後，依據研究結果，針對本量表之實務應用範圍進行建議以及研究限制之討論。

Due to the high ratio of suicide reporting, crisis intervention for self-injury is the necessary and important competencies of professional practitioner. Aim to build a scale for self checking and reviewing of crisis intervention ability and promoting the professional developed, the scale was developed through this study. Through the literature review and integrate crisis intervention theory, the items were contented. The professionals of crisis intervention and test construction were invited to provide suggestions for revision. Professional practitioner who graduate from the department of psychology, counseling, or social work and have involved in crisis intervention of self-injury cases in the last three years were invited to participate in this study. A total of 247 data were analyzed by item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability and validity analysis. After deleting the items with poor quality, the formal scale of MD-SCICS consists of 25 items and seven factors, including cooperative relationship building, risk assessment and context inquiry, emotional support, action plan, consultation and referrals, follow-up, and competence enhancement. Based on the results of the study, we provide advice on practical work and discuss the limitations of this study.
