This study records my teaching and assessment changes from 2011 to 2016. The first chapter documents my teaching and assessment problems hopping in actual teaching sites. The second chapter consists of the changes and suggestions that I have collected in teaching and evaluating students. The third chapter is composed of changing the teaching mode and student learning mode through a variety of teaching materials. Chapter 4 documents some of the changes we have made in Formative Assessment and Summative Assessment. The fifth chapter records the cooperation between teachers to change the teaching methods to enhance the effectiveness of student learning. The sixth chapter is to review the changes in this teaching, assessment changes and changes in the course of cooperation between teachers. I hope these changes will bring new perspectives to teachers in different positions. I would like to thank my thesis for my work partner who has worked with me and grown up together to complete the thesis .
