本研究旨在探討大專校院諮商心理師的信仰成熟、使命感與職業倦怠的關係，採用問卷調查法，以全國大專校院專、兼任諮商心理師為研究對象。本研究使用「成人生涯召喚量表」、「工作耗竭量表」、「宗教信仰量表」、「社會期許量表」作為測量工具，共獲得206份有效問卷，再針對上述量表的填答結果進行分析，以平均數、標準差、積差相關、階層迴歸分析等統計方法，檢驗信仰成熟、使命感與職業倦怠的關係。
研究發現，大專校院諮商心理師之信仰成熟為中等偏高，職業倦怠偏低，使命感為中上程度；信仰成熟與使命感皆與職業倦怠呈現顯著負相關，即信仰成熟越高，可以預測有越低的職業倦怠，而使命感越高，也可以預測職業倦怠感應會越低。透過中介效果分析，發現使命感可以完全中介信仰成熟對職業倦怠的影響，表示信仰成熟對職業倦怠的影響中，大部分是使命感所導致的。根據研究結果與限制，研究者也提出建議，可作為諮商心理師、管理階層在實務應用上的參考、以及對未來研究者提供方向。

The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among faith maturity, burnout and calling of counselors worked in universities. Cluster sampling and questionnaire-surveying method was employed. 206 counselors worked in universities in Taiwan had completed the questionnaire, including 48 men and 158 females. Instruments included basic information, Career Calling Scale for Working Adults, Work Burnout, Religious Belief, and Socially Desirable Response Set. Description statistics, t test, one-way anova, pearson correlation, and hierarchical regression were conducted to analyze the data.
Major results were as follows:
(1) The means of calling of counselors who worked in Universities in Taiwan was in high level, and means of work burnout was in low level.
(2) The faith maturity and calling were both negatively correlated with burnout, which revealed that both of them could reduce burnout.
(3) The hierarchical regression displayed that calling had a fully mediating effect between faith maturity and burnout, which means that the effects of faith maturity on work burnout were caused by calling.
According to the results and limitations, some suggestions were made for counselors and managers to be practical referenced, and some directions were also provided for researchers in the future.
