本論文採用結構-行為-績效(SCP)模型對個案K公司進行研究分析,探討其在電子設備行業中的競爭地位和發展策略。首先通過分析個案公司的組織結構、市場結構和行業環境,揭示其在全球市場中的競爭優勢和挑戰。其次,研究個案公司的行為模式,包括其研發投入、市場營銷策略、客戶關係管理及企業文化,瞭解其在動態市場中的應對措施和創新驅動。最後,評估個案公司的經營績效表現其相關經營成效通過財務指標、產品銷售和市場佔有率、技術領先性,公司文化及治理後,展示其在電子設備行業中的地位和未來前景。研究結果發現個案公司憑借其卓越的技術研發能力、有效的市場策略和穩健的財務管理,在近十年之中透過了產業中及相關同業的併購合併策略,其個案公司的年營收已經足足成長了三倍有餘,晉身成為了電子設備產業中前五大的重要角色,而在檢測設備的族群類中更是躍居了檢測設備界的第一把交椅。本研究將以SCP模型(產業結構structure、決策行為conduct、經營績效performance)來驗證個案公司的成長結果及成功因素提供了全面的視角,將其創造出穩固之營運結構與獲利模式提供給予業界之其他高科技企業經營、成功商業模式之參考。
This paper employs the Structure-Conduct-Performance (SCP) model to conduct a research analysis of case study company K, exploring its competitive position and development strategies in the electronic equipment industry. Firstly, by analyzing the company's organizational structure, market structure, and industry environment, we uncover its competitive advantages and challenges in the global market. Secondly, we study the company's behavioral patterns, including its R&D investments, marketing strategies, customer relationship management, and corporate culture, to understand its responses and innovation-driven approaches in a dynamic market. Lastly, we evaluate the company's performance through financial indicators, product sales and market share, technological leadership, corporate culture, and governance, illustrating its position and future prospects in the electronic equipment industry. The research findings reveal that the case company, through its excellent technological R&D capabilities, effective market strategies, and robust financial management, has achieved a threefold increase in annual revenue over the past decade by leveraging industry-related mergers and acquisitions. This growth has positioned the company as one of the top five key players in the electronic equipment industry, and it has become the leading entity in the inspection equipment sector. This study uses the SCP model (industry structure, conduct, and performance) to verify the case K company's growth outcomes and success factors, providing a comprehensive perspective on creating a stable operational structure and profitable model. These insights serve as valuable references for other high-tech enterprises in the industry seeking successful business models.
