台灣的面板產業已經擴展到多個應用領域,包括電視、顯示器、手機、平板電腦、汽車顯示器等。這種多元化的發展有助於減緩面板產業面對單一市場波動的風險。隨著自駕車輛的普及與大眾化,也讓汽車產業進入高速發展期,不僅在外觀設計、性能和安全性都獲得了巨大提升與進步。當然,車用顯示器也成為了未來車輛不可或缺的一部分。
本論文採用PEST分析與五力分析協助C公司評估在進入車用顯示器產業環境的機會和威脅,並預測車用產業未來的發展趨勢,及早制定戰略和應對潛在風險,並做出相對應的決策。
新冠疫情對全球車廠產生了廣泛且深遠的衝擊,從原物料、生產、到市場需求,都受到相當程度的衝擊。本論文透過個案研究的方式,說明C公司在新冠疫情期間,面臨國際車廠停工、停線的巨大壓力下,如何透過組織變革來轉變局勢,並藉由產品模組化策略與設計調整,順利度過新冠疫情所帶來的衝擊。
模組化設計策略是非常適合於車用顯示器的設計發展領域,特別在新冠疫情期間所呈現的助益是相當巨大與明顯的。雖然模組化設計策略獲得相當的成功,但是相對的挑戰是在產品開發初期所投入的開發資源也是相當龐大的。所以企業的研發單位在採用標準化、客製化或模組化設計時,需要根據自身情況和市場需求做出良好的平衡,才是企業獲得成功的最佳方式。最後採用方法特性與問題特性的分析,探討商用顯示器、工業顯示器與車用顯示器的設計策略,做為未來台灣面板發展重要的參考依據。

Taiwan's panel industry has expanded into various application fields, including televisions, monitors, smartphones, tablets, automotive displays, and more. This diversification helps mitigate the risks associated with fluctuations in a single market. With the widespread adoption and popularization of self-driving vehicles, the automotive industry has entered a period of rapid development, witnessing significant advancements in exterior design, performance, and safety. Naturally, automotive displays have become an indispensable part of vehicles.
This paper employs PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces analysis to assist Company C in evaluating the opportunities and threats of entering the automotive display industry. It predicts future trends in the automotive sector, enabling the early formulation of strategies to address potential risks and make informed decisions.
The COVID-19 pandemic has generated extensive and profound impacts on global automotive manufacturers, affecting everything from raw materials and production to market demand. This thesis employs a case study approach to illustrate how Company C, amidst the enormous pressure caused by international automotive plant shutdowns and production halts during the pandemic, managed to transform the situation through organizational changes. Furthermore, it navigated through the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic successfully by implementing a product modularization strategy and design adjustments.
Modular design strategy is highly suitable for the development of automotive displays, particularly showcasing significant and apparent benefits during the COVID-19 pandemic period. While modular design strategy has achieved considerable success, the challenge lies in the substantial resources required during the early stages of product development. Therefore, the R&D units of enterprises need to strike a good balance between standardization, customization, or modular design based on their own circumstances and market demands, which is the optimal way for enterprises to achieve success. Finally, adopting an analysis of method characteristics and problem characteristics, this paper explores the design strategies for commercial displays, industrial displays, and automotive displays, serving as important reference points for the future development of Taiwan's panel industry.
