With the advancement of modern technology and the rapid development of artificial intelligence and big data, vast amounts of data are generated daily. The semiconductor industry, a crucial sector that Taiwan prides itself on, still faces challenges in the application of management reports, such as insufficient data and monotonous report content, leading to suboptimal management outcomes. This paper aims to improve the quality of management reports by utilizing artificial intelligence technology. In the semiconductor industry, there is a prevalent issue of insufficient accuracy and timeliness in database management. Therefore, the primary focus of this paper is to establish a data warehouse, create visual reports, and implement a recommendation system. These technologies will help enhance the accuracy and timeliness of reports, thereby improving overall management efficiency. To achieve this goal, we re-evaluate the existing MES (Manufacturing Execution System) design, define the necessary visual report items, and prepare to establish a new integrated data warehouse. Additionally, we are exploring suitable programming languages and algorithms to support the development and application of the recommendation system. These efforts aim to elevate the management level of the semiconductor industry, enabling it to more effectively respond to market changes and competitive pressures. Our experiments demonstrate that the application of artificial intelligence technology can be a significant catalyst for the transformation of the semiconductor industry, leading to more efficient and intelligent management practices.
