二十世紀以來，在女性主義的思想當中「母女關係」逐漸成為討論的重點之一，不論是從精神分析探究母女各自的發展過程，或從客體關係洞察兩者情感上的連結與矛盾，抑或是較細膩的剖析兩種不同角色的女性心思，這些討論的主軸大體建構在精神分析及女性主義的理論之上。

本研究選擇西班牙名導佩德羅．阿莫多瓦（Pedro Almodóvar）的電影作品《高跟鞋》、《玩美女人》以及《沈默茱麗葉》為探討對象。三部電影橫跨了導演二十五年的創作生涯，卻皆蘊含著母女關係間的矛盾與痛楚，其角色間的交互關係可以互相對照、比較，梳理出三個電影文本中的母親與女兒的情感糾葛以及背後蘊含的愛。電影作為結合視覺與聽覺要素的現代藝術，當中的電影符號更是值得加以剖析。因此本研究旨在透過精神分析的角度來剖析《高跟鞋》、《玩美女人》與《沈默茱麗葉》等片中角色間的母女關係。

本研究探討了阿莫多瓦如何通過錯綜複雜的母女情感，深刻展現對女性角色及其內心世界的洞察。在他的電影作品中，母女關係的多樣性和核心意義得到了深刻的呈現。在《高跟鞋》中，阿莫多瓦以華麗而誇張的戲劇效果描繪了一位面臨弒父和弒夫困境的母親，以及與戀母情結的女兒之間的關係；在《玩美女人》中是以巧妙地描繪了複雜的亂倫情節和消失的母親形象；到《沈默茱麗葉》中，則內斂的刻畫了憂鬱的母親角色。這三部電影中的母女關係皆經歷了顯著的變化：從最初的疏遠逐漸走向親密，從破裂的狀態到和諧的重建，再從沉默走向彼此理解與共鳴。這些變遷展示了情感的轉化和成長，表明母女之間通過相互理解和支持，實現了精神上的昇華。

Since the twentieth century, the "mother-daughter relationship" has gradually become one of the focal points in feminist thought. Whether through psychoanalysis to explore the development processes of mother and daughter individually, or from object relations theory to gain insight into their emotional connections and conflicts, or through more nuanced analyses of the inner workings of these two distinct female roles, these discussions are largely built on psychoanalytic and feminist theories.

This thesis selects the works of renowned Spanish director Pedro Almodóvar, specifically "Tacones lejanos (High Heels)", "Volver" and "Julieta" as the subjects of discussion. Spanning twenty-five years of the director's creative career, these three films encapsulate the contradictions and pains within mother-daughter relationships. The interactions among characters can be compared and contrasted, unraveling the emotional entanglements and underlying love between mothers and daughters in these cinematic texts. As film combines visual and auditory elements, the cinematic symbols within are particularly worthy of analysis. Therefore, this paper aims to analyze the mother-daughter relationships in "Tacones lejanos (High Heels)", "Volver" and "Julieta" from a psychoanalytic perspective.

This thesis explores how Almodóvar profoundly presents insights into female characters and their inner worlds through the intricate emotions between mothers and daughters. In his films, the diversity and core significance of mother-daughter relationships are deeply portrayed. In "Tacones lejanos (High Heels)", Almodóvar uses lavish and exaggerated dramatic effects to depict a mother facing the dilemmas of patricide and mariticide, and her relationship with a daughter with an Oedipus complex. "Volver" skillfully portrays complex incestuous themes and the image of a missing mother. In "Julieta", he uses restrained strokes to portray a melancholic mother figure. The mother-daughter relationships in these three films undergo significant changes: from initial estrangement to gradual intimacy, from a state of rupture to harmonious reconstruction, and from silence to mutual understanding and resonance. These transformations demonstrate emotional evolution and growth, indicating that through mutual understanding and support, a spiritual elevation is achieved between mother and daughter.
