(World Health Organization-Five Well-Being index)為測量工具,針對300名年齡介於18至65歲間的台灣成年人進行立意取樣之問卷調查。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between rumination, mental health, depression, well-being, mindfulness and nonattachment, and the mediating effect of nonattachment and mindfulness on the relationship between rumination and mental health. In order to achieve this purpose, the study conducted purposive sampling, utilized the survey composed of the Chinese versions of the Nonattachment Scale, Five Factors Mindfulness Questionnaire, Ruminative Response Scale, Personal Experiences Scale, Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale, and the WHO-5 Well-Being index as the measurement tool to collect data form 300 Taiwanese adults aged between 18 and 65 years old. This study then employed descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, Independent Sample t Test, Analysis of variance, and Structural Equation Modeling to test the research hypothesis, and establish a rumination model.

The results of the data analysis show: 1. A positive correlation between negative experience and rumination (r = .23, p <. 01); 2. A positive correlation between rumination and depression (r = .61, p < .01 ); 3. The trait of mindfulness has a mediating effect on the relationship between rumination and mental health; 4. The trait of nonattachment has a mediating effect on the relationship between rumination and mental health. Based on the above research results, the following research implications can be deduced: 1. The Rumination Response Model established in this study can be used as a reference for developing mindfulness and nonattachment-based treatment plans, and integrating mindfulness training into coping strategies to alleviate clinical depression. 2. The research results can also be used as a reference for assessment tools to evaluate rumination behavior and enhance our understanding of the impact of ruminative behavior on individuals. We hope the research conclusions and academic implications proposed in this study can provide effective means and directions for subsequent researches.
