本研究旨在探討桃竹苗地區國中教師幸福感與工作投入之現況，分析國中教師幸福感與工作投入之關係，以及幸福感對工作投入的預測力。本研究以問卷調查法為研究方法，以桃竹苗地區國中教師為研究對象，以自編之「桃竹苗地區國中教師幸福感與工作投入調查問卷」為研究工具，採電子問卷填答方式進行。本研究母群體有560名，回收475份問卷，回收率為84.8%，可用率為91.8%。問卷回收後分別以敘述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關，以及逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行分析。依據研究結果獲致結論如下：
一、桃竹苗地區國中教師之幸福感屬中高程度，以「身心健康」最高，「正向關係」最低。
二、桃竹苗地區國中教師之工作投入屬中高程度，以「工作樂趣」最高，「工作認同」最低。
三、桃竹苗地區國中教師幸福感與工作投入之間具中度正相關，其中以「身心健康」與「工作樂趣」最為相關。
四、「工作成就」對整體工作投入最具預測力，本研究顯示，桃竹苗地區國中教師幸
福感各層面中，以「工作成就」主要影響工作投入之因素，其解釋量為46.8%。
本研究根據結論，分別針對教育行政機關、學校、教師，以及後續相關研究提出建議。

This study aims to explore the current status of happiness and job engagement among junior high school teachers in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli regions in Taiwan. It analyzes the relationship between happiness and job engagement among junior high school teachers and the predictive power of happiness on job engagement. The research adopts a questionnaire survey method, with junior high school teachers in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli regions as the research subjects. The self-developed "Questionnaire on Happiness and Job Engagement among Junior High School Teachers in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli Regions" is used as the research tool, and electronic questionnaires are used for data collection.
The total population of the study is 560, and 475 valid questionnaires are collected, resulting in a response rate of 84.8% and a usable rate of 91.8%. After the questionnaires are collected, descriptive statistics, independent samples t-tests, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation analysis, and stepwise multiple regression analysis are conducted for data analysis. The research findings lead to the following conclusions:
1. The happiness level of junior high school teachers in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli regions is moderately high, with "physical and mental health" being the highest and "positive relationships" being the lowest.
2. The job engagement level of junior high school teachers in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli regions is moderately high, with "job enjoyment" being the highest and "job identification" being the lowest.
3. There is a moderate positive correlation between happiness and job engagement among junior high school teachers in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli regions, with "physical and mental health" and "job enjoyment" showing the highest correlation.
4. "Job achievement" has the highest predictive power for overall job engagement. This study shows that among the various aspects of happiness among junior high school teachers in the Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli regions, "job achievement" is the main influencing factor on job engagement, explaining 46.8% of the variance.
Based on the conclusions, this study provides suggestions for educational administrative agencies, schools, teachers, and future related research.
