實驗教育在我國持續的蓬勃發展,並帶來多元與創新的教育方式,其中,教師之專業為實驗教育發展之關鍵。本研究旨在探討實驗教育教師專業發展之內涵、影響實驗教育教師專業發展之關鍵因素,以及實驗教育教師專業發展之改善策略。
本研究運用相關文獻,整理影響教師專業發展之內涵與因素,以建立研究架構,並運用問卷、決策實驗室分析法與半結構式訪談進行研究。本研究之研究參與者皆為具規劃與推動實驗教育教師專業發展經驗之實驗教育專家。研究結果如下:
一、 實驗教育教師專業發展內涵重視教育理念轉化與實踐;實驗教育具備特定的實驗教育理念與願景,因此在教師專業發展內涵上格外重視教師對於教育理念的認識,以及轉化為實際課程之能力。
二、 教育組織與教師特質為改善實驗教育教師專業發展的關鍵因素;教育組織與教師特質對於整個實驗教育教師專業發展系統以及其餘的構面皆有相當的影響力,實驗教育可藉由這兩個構面改善實驗教育教師專業發展。
三、 實驗教育組織應透過改善教師職前培育、教師特質與外部環境構面以因應教師實驗教育素養不足之困境;現行實驗教育教師專業發展之困境,主要為各階段師資缺乏實驗教育素養,因此實驗教育應該善教師職前培育、教師特質與外部環境,以因應目前之困境。
Experimental education has been experiencing continuous and vigorous development in our country, bringing about diverse and innovative educational approaches. Among them, the professionalism of experimental education teachers is crucial to the development of experimental education. This study aims to explore the content of professional development for experimental education teachers, identify key factors influencing their professional development, and propose strategies for improving their professional development.
Drawing on relevant literature, this research establishes a framework by examining the content and factors influencing teacher professional development. Questionnaires, decision-making laboratory analysis, and semi-structured interviews are employed to investigate and analyze experienced experimental education experts who have experience in planning and promoting professional development for experimental education teachers. The research findings are as follows:
1. The content of professional development for experimental education teachers emphasizes the transformation and implementation of educational philosophies. Experimental education possesses specific educational philosophies and visions, thus attaching great importance to teachers' understanding of these philosophies and their ability to translate them into practical curriculum.
2. Educational organizations and teacher characteristics are key factors for improving the professional development of experimental education teachers. Both educational organizations and teacher characteristics have significant influence on the entire system of professional development for experimental education teachers and other dimensions. Therefore, experimental education can enhance the professional development of its teachers by addressing these two aspects.
3. Experimental education organizations should improve pre-service teacher training, teacher characteristics, and the external environment to address the insufficient experimental education competencies of teachers. The current challenges in professional development for experimental education teachers mainly stem from the lack of experimental education competencies among teachers at various stages. Therefore, experimental education should focus on improving pre-service teacher training, teacher characteristics, and the external environment to address the current challenges.
