本研究旨在設計出使用於電動車直流/直流轉換器的充電系統，將能量由輸入供應給載具設備。根據所需的電器規格設計高頻轉換器，對車用儲能設備提供穩定的電壓與功率。電路架構採用LCLC型諧振轉換器，切換頻率為2 MHz，將電路的諧振頻率設計於切換頻率附近，以達到零電壓切換(ZVS)，降低開關切換損失，提高整體效率。變壓器採用平面式，使用符合高頻需求的鐵氧體(Ferrite)材質，並採用耦合係數與散熱效果較好的PQ結構。透過變壓器內部參數，調整出合適的諧振參數。二次側使用全橋式整流架構，使諧振槽輸出的交流電轉換為直流電。本研究將設計輸入電壓為760 V_DC，輸出電壓為390 V_DC、額定功率為2 kW之隔離型諧振轉換器。
總體來說，本研究成果對於充電設備與電動車系統的體積來說，具有重要意義。隨著科技的不斷進步和應用需求的增加，此領域將繼續發展和改進，以更好地滿足不同領域的需求。
本論文主要貢獻包括：(1)設計切換頻率為2 MHz且使用新型材料氮化鎵(GaN)功率開關之Class-D架構，最大功率2 kW之直流/直流隔離型諧振轉換器；(2)根據轉換器電氣規格，提出完整設計流程並實作與驗證；(3)採用LCLC串並聯型架構，使開關操作在零電壓切換(ZVS)；(4)採用平面式變壓器，並設計其大小、材質及繞組等參數。

This research aims to design a DC/DC converter in the charging system for electric vehicle system. The system transfer energy from the input to the vehicle equipment. In this study, a high-frequency converter is designed according to the required electrical specifications to provide stable voltage and power to the energy storage devices. The circuit architecture adopts LCLC resonant converter with a switching frequency of 2 MHz. The resonant frequency of the circuit is designed near the switching frequency to achieve Zero-Voltage switching (ZVS) to reduce switching losses and improve overall efficiency. The transformer uses planar type. It uses high frequency ferrite material, and uses a PQ structure with better coupling coefficient and heat dissipation effect to adjusts the appropriate resonance parameters. The secondary side uses a full-bridge topology to rectify the current. This study target is in designing an isolated DC/DC converter with 2 kW maximum output power, 〖760 V〗_DCinput and 390 V_DC output.
Overall, the research findings have significant implications for charging equipment and electric vehicle systems. With ongoing technological advancements and increasing application demands, this study will continue to evolve and improve in order to better meet the needs of various fields.
The main contributions of this thesis include: (1) designing a DC/DC isolated resonant converter with a switching frequency of 2 MHz and a Class-D architecture using a new material, gallium nitride (GaN) power switch, with a maximum power of 2 kW；(2) planning out a design process to determine the parameters of resonant tank components；(3) using LCLC series-parallel topology and making the switches operate with Zero-Voltage Switching (ZVS)；(4) developing planar transformer parameters such as size, material and windings.
