精實生產（Lean Production）是一種以最大程度地減少資源浪費，降低企業生產運營成本為主要目標的生產方式，目的是協助企業改善製造及管理流程、提高產品品質、生產力及增加產業的競爭力。精實生產有著與傳統的生產模式截然不同的管理思維，本研究嘗試探討精實生產管理的模式，以及利用渠道流程圖及價值溪流圖先對K公司USB組裝生產線作現況分析，再利用魚骨圖從人員、機台、物料、方法、環境五大方向作要因分析並配合利用柏拉圖找出改善機會點。針對找出的改善點利用精實方法消除生產過程中的浪費來做改善，以ECRS概念（即取消「Eliminate」、合併「Combine」、重排「Rearrange」及簡化「Simplify」四種改善原則）來幫助思考改善方案。

Lean Production is a production method with the main goal of minimizing resource waste and reducing production and operating costs, with the purpose of helping enterprises improve manufacturing and management processes, improve product quality, productivity and increase industrial competitiveness. This study attempts to explore the mode of lean production management, and first analyzes the current situation of the USB assembly production line of Company K by using the channel flow chart and the value stream diagram, and then uses the fishbone diagram to analyze the key factors from the five directions of personnel, machines, materials, methods and environment, and cooperates with Pareto chart find out the improvement opportunities. In response to the identified improvement points, we use a lean method to eliminate waste in the production process to make improvements, and use the ECRS concept (i.e., the four improvement principles of Eliminate, Combine, Rearrange, and Simplify) to help think about improvement plans.
