目的：本研究旨在探討高中職運動選手的人際溝通能力與選手知覺的教練—選手關係之關聯性。方法：以臺灣地區的高中職運動選手為施測對象，共345位研究對象。使用「人際溝通能力量表」、「教練—選手關係量表」為測量工具，將所得資料進行描述性統計、皮爾遜積差相關及階層迴歸分析。結果：運動員的人際溝通能力中傾聽能力較為重要能正向預測教練—選手關係，其次是表達能力、同理反應能力，最後則是自我表露能力僅能正向預測教練選手關係中的親密性。結論：研究假設獲得部分支持，表示選手的人際溝通能力能有效的增進教練—選手關係。

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to investigate the correlation between the perceived coach-athlete relationship of high school athletes and their interpersonal communication competence. Methods: A total of 345 high school athletes in Taiwan were tested. The "Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale" and "Coach-Athlete Relationship Scale" were used as the measurement tools. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple hierarchical regression analysis were used. Results: Among the interpersonal communication skills of athletes, listening ability is more important to positively predict the coach-player relationship, The second is the ability to express, empathy, and finally, the ability to express oneself can only positively predict the intimacy in the relationship between coaches and players. Conclusion: The study hypothesis was supported, indicating that the interpersonal communication competence of the athletes was effective in enhancing the coach-athlete relationship.
