本研究旨在探討新冠肺炎疫情對職業女性在親子互動經驗之影響。全球因新冠疫情迎來前所未見的變動，衝擊著教育與家庭，學校也因著疫情白熱化而實施學校停課、遠距教學。防疫政策不斷調整讓職業女性在工作與陪伴育兒之路上，更是充滿了挑戰，同時也與孩子在這段經歷中，共創出新的親子互動型態。本研究採用敘事研究法，Lieblich（1998）提到個體藉由再敘說的過程，發現自己、了解自己、接露自己。故事同時也代表著個體的身分認同，透過半結構式深度訪談，收集了二位職業女性的親子互動經驗。
本研究經由訪談文本，研究者以厚實的描述將自身置入於研究參與者的處境中，歸納疫情下職業女性親子互動經驗六大主題，包括：（一）親子互動方式-教養經驗與威權轉化、（二）親子互動挑戰-親子衝突與母職實踐、（三）親子互動歷程-覺察情緒與自我照護、（四）親子互動經驗-正向經驗與交付信任、（五）親子互動角色-多重角色與調適平衡以及（六）親子互動支持-伴侶支持與相知相惜。
疫情期間的衝擊，雖讓職業女性在家庭與工作中，更趨挑戰。然而，這些研究參與者在經歷與突破後，皆以正向態度命名這段生命故事為「成長」。後疫情時代下，本研究記錄下職業女性們在疫情下親子互動之經驗，並且補足疫情相關文獻中，鮮少深入探究職業女性親子互動的相關研究。

This research endeavors to explore the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the parent-child interaction experiences of professional women. The unprecedented global shifts precipitated by the pandemic have significantly disrupted educational and familial spheres, leading to school closures and the adoption of remote learning modalities. Consequently, ongoing adjustments in public health measures have posed considerable challenges for professional women in navigating the dual responsibilities of work and childcare, while also engendering novel forms of parent-child engagement.
Utilizing narrative research methodology, as elucidated by Lieblich (1998), which underscores the process of self-discovery, self-comprehension, and self-disclosure through narrative retelling, this study collected the parent-child interaction narratives of two professional women via semi-structured, in-depth interviews.
Through meticulous analysis of interview transcripts, the researcher immersed themselves in the participants' contexts through detailed descriptions, culminating in the identification of six overarching themes concerning parent-child interaction experiences among professional women amidst the pandemic:
(1)Modalities of parent-child interaction - encompassing parenting experiences and transformations in authoritarian approaches. (2) Challenges in parent-child interaction - addressing parent-child conflicts and the enactment of maternal roles.(3)Evolution of parent-child interaction - focusing on emotional awareness and self-care practices.(4)Experiential facets of parent-child interaction - encapsulating positive experiences and the establishment of trust.(5)Roles within parent-child interaction - exploring the juggling of multiple roles and the quest for adaptive equilibrium.(6)Support mechanisms for parent-child interaction - examining spousal support and mutual comprehension. Despite the formidable obstacles encountered by professional women in reconciling familial and professional obligations during the pandemic, the participants, following periods of adversity and growth, uniformly characterized their experiences as one of "growth," reflecting a resilient and constructive outlook. This study contributes to the scholarly discourse by documenting the parent-child interaction experiences of professional women during the pandemic, thereby addressing a notable gap in extant literature concerning the nuanced dynamics of parent-child interaction within the context of a public health crisis.
