  本研究透過後設分析方法,分析2002至2023年間的18篇國內實驗設計研究文獻,旨在探討親職團體介入對家長的綜合效果。研究結果顯示,無論是立即效果還是追蹤效果,參與親職團體的介入效果均達到高效果量,證實了團體模式親職教育能有效提升家長的教養態度、教養方式、親職效能和壓力,並積極改善親子互動、關係及子女的社會適應與行為。透過次群組分析,本研究探討了多項可能影響介入效果的變量,發現大多數人口學和介入特徵因素在各組別間並未顯著調節效果。唯一的例外是女性參與比例超過75%的團體,其效果量顯著高於女性參與率較低的團體,這表明母親的參與是影響親職團體效果的關鍵因素。研究建議未來的親職團體應更多地鼓勵父親的參與,並根據他們的特定需求調整團體內容。此外,研究中收錄的評估工具包含父母教養態度、教養方式、兒童適應及行為、親子溝通和關係、親職效能和壓力等方向,未來的研究可以評估更多有關父母和子女的自我概念、自尊、心理健康、社會支持、生活品質、家庭環境等方向,以全面評估親職團體的成效。
  This study conducts a meta-analysis of 18 domestic experimental research articles from 2002 to 2023 to explore the comprehensive effects of parenting group interventions on parents. The results indicate that the interventions significantly improve immediate and follow-up effects, demonstrating that group-based parenting education effectively enhances parents' attitudes, methods, efficacy, and stress management in parenting, and positively affects parent-child interaction, relationships, and children's social adjustment and behavior. Subgroup analysis exploring various potential moderating variables reveals that most demographic and intervention characteristics do not significantly affect the outcomes, except for groups with female participation over 75%, which showed significantly higher effectiveness. This finding suggests that mothers' participation is a key factor in the success of parenting groups. The study recommends future parenting groups to encourage more father involvement and tailor content to their specific needs. Moreover, the included assessment tools cover parenting attitudes, methods, child adaptation and behavior, parent-child communication and relationships, and parental efficacy and stress. Future research could evaluate more dimensions such as parents' and children's self-concept, self-esteem, mental health, social support, life quality, and family environment to comprehensively assess the effectiveness of parenting groups.
