產學研的合作，是一種經歷時代演變下的趨勢，人類生活從漁獵生存的原始生活到畜牧種殖的農業型態再到大量製造的工業模式，其中與教育傳承有著密不可分關係，自口耳相傳進化到結繩記事再到創造文字，皆為了傳承經驗與技術，然而僅靠書面的解說還無法完全了解，所以需伴與實際的操作及指導下才可承接前人的知識，此時也只是依樣畫葫蘆做出與前人一樣的東西，革新更需要知道原理才能創造，所以理論性的教學是創新不可或缺的一環。產業的生產與學術的教導及研發的創新開始結合在一起，成為對於經濟與社會創新的一股力量。
此研究是以質性研究的個案研究法作為分析方法，針對研究者經歷的兩個發光二極體(LED)開發的個案進行討論，在梳理個案過程中，了解其中商品化及管理架构的差異及風險，追朔各方想法與做法。
根據以上結果彙整出產學研合作中商品化的進程與公司管理制度的轉變，以求完善產學研合作模式，並提出在產學研合作中對學術界的建議，同時讓學術界在類似的情況下能規避風險並達到原始目的。

Industry-academic-research lab cooperation model is a trend that has experienced the evolution of the era. Human life has changed from the primitive life of fishing and hunting to the agricultural model of animal husbandry and breeding to the industrial model of mass manufacturing, which has a close relationship with education and inheritance. From word of mouth transmission to knotting notes and then to creating words, it is all in order to pass on experience and technology. However, it is impossible to fully understand it only by written explanations, so it needs to be accompanied by actual operations and guidance to inherit the knowledge of the predecessors. In this moment, it's just copy the procedure to make the same things as the predecessors. Innovation needs to study the principles, and to create. Therefore, theoretical teaching is an indispensable part of innovation. Industrial production, academic teaching, and R&D innovation are beginning to be combined. Together, become a force for economic and social innovation.
This research uses the case study method of qualitative research as the analysis tool, and discusses the two light-emitting diode (LED) companies’ development cases that I have experienced. In the process of combing the cases, we understand the differences and risks, and trace the ideas and practices of all parties.
Based on the above results, the commercialization process in the industry- academic-research lab cooperation and the transformation of the company’s management system are summarized in order to improve the industry- academic-research lab cooperation model. Under the circumstances, the risk can be avoided and the original purpose can be achieved.
