This study focuses on the emerging behavioural patterns of abusing the dominant market position in the era of big data economy.
By making use of the more mature and complete competition law cases and related studies on big data in the European and American jurisdictions, this study constructs a logic and path for future or existing operators of big data- related industries to refer to in the Chinese legal system.
