面對全球氣候變遷的衝擊,再生能源的發展已是全球能源產業努力研究的方向,其中,又以太陽能為最具發展潛力的能源之一。當今部分技術以成為市場主流產品,亦仍有新興技術正處於市場萌芽期。目前,染料敏化太陽能電池正處於市場萌芽其中,已有企業將其發展成為產品。對此本研究探討企業採用染料敏化太陽能電池的關鍵成功因素,以科技-組織-環境(TOE)為基礎架構,並援引創新擴散理論、社會系統理論與制度理論歸納出各構面影響之因素並建立研究架構。隨後採用決策試驗與評價實驗室法(DEMATEL)探討影響企業採用染料敏化太陽能電池的關鍵因素,並了解因素間的相互關係為何。根據研究結果,組織構面中以「高階管理者的態度」、「組織文化」與環境構面中之「模仿壓力」、「強制壓力」皆為致因性,又以「高階管理者的態度」作為最重要之關鍵因素。
綜合上述研究結果發現,企業採用染料敏化太陽能技術會受到組織構面影響,其中獲得高階主管支持是企業採用染料敏化太陽能電池之最重要因素;其次,研究建議若政府單位或是相關權威機構,有助於推廣國內企業採用該項技術,創造多項產品應用,終能使應用裝置百花齊放。
The development of renewable energy has been the research tendency of the global energy industry because the climate change. Solar energy is the greatest potential for development. Some solar energy technologies have become mainstream products in the market, and there are still emerging technologies that are in the introduction stages. Dye-sensitized solar cells are in the introduction stages. and some companies have developed them and created new products. The thesis will discuss the factor that influences corporate adoption the dye-sensitized solar cells. The framework was based on the Technology, Organization, Environment(TOE) structure, with 8 factors, to analyze the key factor by using the Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL) method.
The research indicated that top management attitude and support, organizational culture、Coercive Pressure, and Mimetic Pressure are the critical factors that influence the adoption of the dye-sensitized solar cell. Creating business models that follow government regulations is the recommended strategy for companies that developed products related to DSSC.
