英文摘要 In today's environment, various sounds fill every corner, space, region, and environment of our lives. The usual noise can be annoying, but finding tranquility in the mountains or by the sea can be rejuvenating. As a Waldorf school music teacher, given the diverse social backgrounds today, this study intends to use the anthroposophical philosophy of Waldorf education (referred to as Anthroposophy) as a theoretical basis to explore the following questions: 1. How to cultivate children's ability to distinguish between noise and music? 2. How to cultivate the ability to stabilize children's emotions through listening? 3. How to enhance the interaction and communication skills of children in integrated classes through listening? This research adopts an educational action research approach, focusing on the students in the inclusive class under the pseudonym "Chen-xing Class," documenting the researcher's music teaching practices from third to sixth grade over four academic years. Between 2018 and 2022, the study selected sixteen memorable music lessons designed specifically for the music curriculum, one per semester, for review and discussion. The study documents the practical aspects of music lessons and finds the following benefits of Waldorf music education for inclusive class children: 1. Rhythm-based activities aid in cultivating concentration. 2. Developing the ability to listen to sounds helps in fostering communication skills. 3. Singing/playing instruments helps in cultivating emotional expression. 4. Understanding music theory contributes to developing critical thinking skills.
