Abstract This research adopts self-narrative as the research method. As a contract teacher, I have been teaching in elementary schools for ten years, and I have experienced a growth path from inferiority complex to self-realization. By narrating my life experience, I will reflect on and reinterpret the past life process, to help myself find the source of courage, and use the background of personal family growth. The children's life experience in school is reminded that all teachers to recognize each child individual life and differences, and should respect the various and teach students according to their aptitude. The content includes: 1.The growth in a family of traditional education. I were not valued in the process of growing up, gradually formed the beginning of inferiority in my heart. 2. Marriage is a new beginning of my life, and it is also a turning point for me to enter the school and become an acting teacher. 3. I found that the children in the campus echoed my own growth experience. From their family and their own situation, I saw my childhood guiding myself stopped and cared them more. 4. Through writing the stories of teaching, I recreated the current situation in a close to the current situation. I hope that through the stories with students and their parents, I can explore the inner needs of teachers and the formation of professional self. 5. Starting from the recognition of others, I learned to face my past, break through my inner conflicts, realize the inner strength hidden in my life, face my pain, and clarify my self-identity in the process of growing up. The process of formation, thereby re-identifying oneself and embracing this imperfect self, culminates in self-realization. By telling my own stories, I found that I was able to regain the fragments of my life and piece them together, so that my life can be traced in the society and the context of traditional Chinese culture. In these stories, I see my own life. Weak and comforted myself, in the process I tried to realize that life is not perfect, and only by letting go can life become complete. Such a process is self-acceptance. My story is not closed with the end of the narration. Through the process a totally new direction and power come into my life leading me keep moving toward the next stage.
