本研究目的旨在探討18歲以上成人知覺父母教養方式與忍的情緒調控策略之關聯,及自我建構的調節效果。研究過程採用便利取樣方式與問卷調查法進行資料蒐集,以具有中華民國國籍且18歲以上(含)者為研究對象,有效樣本共計395人,研究工具包括「基本資料表」、「父母教養方式量表」、「忍的情緒調控策略量表」與「自我建構量表」。
所得資料以次數分配與百分比、描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、迴歸分析、多元逐步迴歸分析與階層迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析處理,研究結果如下:

一、不同性別之成人在父母教養方式具有顯著差異。
二、不同性別、年齡與社經地位之成人在忍的情緒調控策略具有顯著差異。
三、不同性別與年齡之成人在自我建構上具有顯著差異。
四、父母教養方式與忍的情緒調控策略具有正相關。
四、不同父母教養方式能有效預測忍的情緒調控策略。
五、自我建構可調節部分父母教養方式與忍的情緒調控策略之關係。

而本研究也依據結果進行討論,並提出具體建議供社會大眾、諮商實務工作與未來研究參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore how the parenting styles influence emotion regulation strategies in Forbearance, and the moderating effect of self-construals.
A convenience sampling survey method and questionnaire applied to collect data. The sample consisted of 395 adults(aged 18 and older)with Taiwanese citizenship.The research instruments included a "Basic Information Form", a "Parenting Styles Scale", an "Emotion Regulation Strategies In Forbearance Scale," and a "Self-Construals Scale".
The data obtained were analyzed using statistical methods such as frequency distribution and percentage, descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, multiple stepwise regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis.
The research findings are as follows:
1.There are significant differences in parenting styles based on different gender in adults.
2.There are significant differences in emotion regulation strategies in Forbearance based on different genders, ages, and socioeconomic statuses in adults.
3.There are significant differences in self-construction based on different gender and ages in adults.
4.There were positive significant correlation between parenting styles and emotion regulation strategies in Forbearance.
5.Different parenting styles can effectively predict emotion regulation strategies in Forbearance.
6.Self-construction has a moderating effect on the relationship between certain parenting styles and emotion regulation strategies in Forbearance.

Finally, based on the research results, this study provides discussion and specific recommendations for the general public, counseling practice, and future research.
