本研究旨在建構學生成長型思維指標,發展成長型思維量表,經由量表的施測用以評估成長心態在國民小學教育現場之實際表現。首先,參酌相關文獻與研究確立國民小學學生成長型思維指標之內涵與層面,初步擬訂國民小學學生成長型思維指標,經專家學者與實務工作者進行審查以建立專家效度,據以編製預試問卷;其次,利用第一次預試後的有效樣本進行項目分析、探索性因素分析及內部一致性分析,建立量表題目的信、效度與因素結構;再利用第二次預試回收之有效樣本進行結構方程模式分析,依據分析結果修正造成其適配度不佳之來源,完成正式量表之編製,並通過區別效度分析與複核效化考驗之結果,驗證此量表有良好且穩定的因素結構,並具跨樣本之穩定性與有效性;最後,進行量表的正式施測,以苗栗縣地區公立國民小學學生為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣方式選取樣本,一共寄出700份問卷,回收660份,有效問卷550份,有效問卷率為77%,以描述項目分析、探索性因素分析、驗證性因素分析等統計方法進行結果分析。根據結論進行省思與探討並提出建議,以利未來提供學前教育相關單位、國民小學、教保服務人員及未來研究者參考。
Abstract
This study aims to construct indicators of students’ growth mindset. Developing a growth mindset scale. The scale is used to evaluate the actual performance of a growth mindset in primary education. First, establish the connotation and levels of growth mindset indicators for primary school students concerning relevant literature and research. After review by experts, scholars, and practitioners to establish expert validity, a pre-test questionnaire was developed accordingly. Then, Use the valid samples after the first pre-test to conduct item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and internal consistency analysis to establish the reliability, validity, and factor structure of the scale items. Second, use the effective samples recovered from the second pre-test to conduct structural equation model analysis. Based on the analysis results, correct the sources of poor fit and complete the preparation of the formal scale. Through the results of discriminant validity analysis and re-validation test, it was verified that this scale has a good and stable factor structure, and has cross-sample stability and validity. Finally, Formal administration of the scale. This test is based on students from public elementary schools in Miaoli County. Select samples using stratified random sampling. A total of 700 questionnaires were mailed out, 660 were recovered, and 550 were valid questionnaires, with a valid questionnaire rate of 77%. The results were analyzed using statistical methods such as descriptive item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis. Reflect and discuss based on conclusions and make suggestions. To provide a future reference for preschool education-related units, primary schools, education and health care service personnel, and future researchers.
