國內教育界對於教學領導日益重視,而國外對教學領導已有豐碩的成果,本研究目的為了解國際教學領導領域之研究,文獻發展趨勢、知識結構以及知識交流情形,缺口與未來發展之趨勢,以供未來研究之參考。本研究採用系統性的文獻回顧,使用Web of Science核心資料庫收錄社會科學索引(Social Sciences Citation Index,SSCI)作為文獻資料庫,以instructional leadership為檢索詞,進行教學領導文獻之檢索,共納入926篇主題文獻,分別就期刊發表數、發表地區、關鍵詞,以及重要學者進行解析。透過文獻計量分析方法,進行文獻共被引、耦合與關鍵詞共現分析,並以VOSviewer 軟體作為研究工具,並繪製科學知識圖譜,窺探教學領導研究的知識基礎,研究熱點與研究前沿。本研究發現:教學領導之知識基礎為Robinson, Marks與Hallinger三位學者之文獻;研究熱點包含「校長領導」、「學校領導」、「分佈式領導」以及「轉型領導」;研究前沿為「工作滿意度」與「知覺」。本研究建議,未來的教學領導研究可探討心理層面之變項,並採用收錄中文文獻之電子資料庫與田野調查或個案研究進行更深廣的研究。
The domestic education community pays more and more attention to instructional leadership, and foreign countries have achieved fruitful results on instructional leadership. The purpose of this research is to understand the research in the field of international leadership, the development trend of literature, knowledge structure, knowledge exchange, research gaps, trends for future research. This study adopts a systematic literature review, uses the Social Sciences Citation Index (SSCI) included in the Web of Science core database as the literature database, and uses instructional leadership as the keyword to search for instructional leadership literature. A total of 926 literatures are analyzed in terms of the number of journal publications, publication regions, keywords, and important scholars. Through the bibliometric analysis method, the co-citation, coupling and keyword co-occurrence analysis of the literature is carried out, and the VOSviewer software is used as a research tool, and the scientific knowledge map is drawn to explore the knowledge base, research hotspots and research fronts of instructional leadership research. This study found that: the knowledge base of instructional leadership is the literature of three scholars, Robinson, Marks and Hallinger; the research hotspots include "principal leadership", "school leadership", "distributed leadership" and "transformation leadership"; the research front is "Work Satisfaction" and "Perception". This study suggests that future research on instructional leadership explore the variables at the psychological topics, and conduct more extensive research using electronic databases containing Chinese literature and fieldwork or case studies for further research.
