COVID-19大流行情況下的在線學習。2019年COVID-19疫情大流行,造成教育系統上極大的改變,原本在教室進行的教學行為全部轉為遠距教學。因此,本研究將建置一份具有信度與效度之「新竹市國民小學教師應對COVID-19之科技接受度與遠距技術支援需求問卷量表」,並分析國民小學教師對於各項科技教學工具的專業知能、認同程度和接受度。本研究採調查研究法之抽樣設計,研究對象為COVID-19疫情大流行期間於國民小學任教之教師,自編問卷經過學者、專家評鑑題項的有效度後建立內容效度指標,接著形成問卷初稿。問卷發放方式採用線上表單進行調查,將收集到的資料進行描述性統計、項目分析、信度分析;建立問卷之信度與效度,即完成正式版「新竹市國民小學教師應對COVID-19之科技接受度與遠距技術支援需求問卷量表」。結果顯示正式版檢核表共有四個向度共35題,全問卷量表及各分項向度之內部一致性之α值介於.813至.898間,內容效度經六位專家評鑑審題CVI值均為1.0,顯示本檢核表具有良好信度與效度。正式版「新竹市國民小學教師應對COVID-19之科技接受度與遠距技術支援需求問卷量表」是一份具有信度及效度的問卷量表,能應用在現下及未來將要進入校園的教師上,此問卷量表能讓教師們了解自身專業知能的情況,也能讓學校行政單位、政府單位作為政策推動的參考依據。
Online learning in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The COVID-19 pandemic in 2019 has caused great changes in the education system, and all the teaching behaviors originally carried out in classrooms have been converted to distance teaching. Therefore, this research established a reliable and valid questionnaire of "Compilation of the Questionnaire about the Technology Adaption and Remote Technical Support Needs of the Elementary-School Teachers in Hsinchu City in Response to Covid-19", and analyzed the professional knowledge, recognition and acceptance of various technology teaching tools among national elementary school teachers. This study was conducted using a survey research method sampling design. The research objects were teachers who taught in national primary schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. The questionnaire was evaluated by scholars and experts to assess the validity of the questions, created Content Validity Indicators, followed by the first draft of the questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed by online survey. The data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistics, item analysis, and reliability analysis; to establish the reliability of the questionnaire, the official version of the "Compilation of the Questionnaire about the Technology Adaption and Remote Technical Support Needs of the Elementary-School Teachers in Hsinchu City in Response to Covid-19" was completed. The results showed that the official version of the questionnaire had four dimensions and a total of 35 questions. The internal consistency of the whole questionnaire and each sub-dimension ranged from .813 to .898. The content validity was evaluated by six experts. The CVI values of the examination questions are all 1.0, indicating that the checklist has good reliability and validity, Which means that the inspection items in each dimension are important. The official version of " Compilation of the Questionnaire about the Technology Adaption and Remote Technical Support Needs of the Elementary-School Teachers in Hsinchu City in Response to Covid-19" was a reliable and valid questionnaire that could be applied to current and future teachers entering schools. This questionnaire will help teachers understand their own professional knowledge, and will also be used by school administrators and government agencies as a reference for policy promotion.
