本研究以臺中市偏鄉學校校長為例，透過訪談研究校長社會正義領導之歷程。研究者選定個案學校，透過文獻資料的整理，再選定小學中與校長有密切接觸的校內人員，加上研究者的觀察記錄表與反省札記以及校方文件資料，探討校長社會正義領導的運作歷程，作為偏鄉學校校長的領導依據。
本研究經過綜合討論與分析後，歸納結論如下：
一、校長社會正義領導影響學校中弱勢學生的需求、資源分配程度，並在運作歷程中透過校長社會正義領導強化學校的外部溝通。
二、校長社會正義領導之運作歷程中，研究者發現個案學校存在「環境因素」、「人員態度」兩類困境的解決策略。環境因素困境分為「經費」、「設備」以及「生活」；「人員態度」困境分為「少數人權益」、「傳統思維」、「師資」以及「質疑的家長」。
研究者根據運作歷程及困境，建議如下：
一、領導者必須要有社會正義領導的信念，以及保有照顧弱勢的想法，提供一個公平、尊重、包容的平臺。
二、好的政策應保持階段性的監控，適時提供分配性正義及補償性正義，保證弱勢者的權益。
三、學校應強化與外部資源的結合，保障學生的學習資源。
四、正名運動是維護學校價值文化的歷程，溝通是取得共識的過程；堅持是校長心中堅定不移的想法。

This study took the principal of a rural school in Taichung City as an example to study the course of principal social justice leadership through interviews. The researcher selected the school members who have close contact with the principal from this elementary school through the arrangement of the literature, the researcher's observation recorded sheets and reflection notes, and school documents to explore the process of the principal social justice leadership, as a leadership basis for the principals of schools.
According to the comprehensive discussion and analysis of this research, the conclusions were made:
1.The principal social justice leadership affects the needs of disadvantaged students in the school, the degree of resource allocation, and it strengthens the school's external communication through the principal's social justice leadership in operation.
2.In course of the principal social justice leadership, the researchers found that there are two types of solutions to the dilemma of "environmental factors" and "personnel attitudes" in this case school. The dilemma of environmental factors is divided into "funding", "equipment" and "life"; the dilemma of "personnel attitude" is divided into "minority rights", "traditional thinking", "teacher" and "questioning parents".
Based on the operational course and dilemmas, research recommends were made:
1.Leaders must have a belief in social justice leadership and a mindset of caring for the disadvantaged, providing a platform for fairness, respect, and inclusion.
2.A good policy should maintain periodic monitoring, it provides distributive justice and compensatory justice in needs, and ensure the rights and interests of the disadvantaged.
3.Schools should strengthen the integration with external resources to ensure students' learning resources.
4.The Renaming Campaign is the process of maintaining the school's value and culture, communication is the process of reaching consensus; persistence is the constant idea in the principal's heart.
