本研究運用文獻計量分析的研究分析方法,以VOSviewer 軟體作為可視化文獻計量工具,針對1980年至2020年間Web of Science資料庫中以師資培育「Teacher Education」為檢索詞,進行師資培育主題文獻之檢索,一共取得主題文獻共計4474篇以及被引用文獻數量共計56297篇的文獻進行量化與質化地系統性回顧,呈現師資培育(Teacher Education)研究的主題詞群聚關係與歷史發展脈絡,窺探師資培育研究(Teacher Education)之知識基礎、研究熱點、研究前沿、本土研究與全球學術的連結及未來發展趨勢,通過研究結果發現:
一、師資培育研究之知識基礎:師資培育理論、反思性教學法、實踐社群、教師專業發展、實地經驗、教師知識以及情境理論。
二、師資培育研究的研究熱點為「師資培育」、「初始教師教育」、「職前教師教育」、「專業發展」、「職前教師」、「課程」、「社會正義」、「教育學」。
三、師資培育的研究前沿為「社會正義」、「公平」。
四、分析臺灣師資培育研究與全球學術的鏈結,結果顯示的研究缺口包括社會正義、公平等議題,均是目前臺灣師資培育研究懸缺的面向。
This research uses the research and analysis method of bibliometric analysis, and uses VOSviewer software as a visual bibliometric tool to search for the literature on teacher education in the Web of Science database from 1980 to 2020 with the search term "Teacher Education" as the search term. , a total of 4,474 subject documents and a total of 56,297 cited documents were obtained for quantitative and qualitative systematic review, presenting the cluster relationship and historical development context of subject words in teacher education research, and peeking into teacher education. Research“Teacher Education” knowledge base, research hotspots, research frontiers, the connection between local research and global academics and future development trends, through the research results found:
1. Knowledge bases for teacher education research: teacher education theory, reflective pedagogy, community of practice, teacher professional development, field experience, teacher knowledge, and situational theory.
2. Teacher education research hotspots include "teacher education"," initial teacher education", "pre-service teacher education", "professional development", "pre-service teachers", "curriculum", " social justice", and "pedagogy".
3. The research frontiers of teacher education are "social justice", "equity" and "covid-19".
4. Analyze the connection between Taiwan's teacher training research and global academics. The results show that the research gaps include "social justice", "equity"and other issues, which are all less researched parts of Taiwan's teacher education research.
