近年來,道德領導已成為實證研究的熱門話題,道德領導這一主題受到了學術界的廣泛關注。本研究運用文獻計量分析的研究分析方法,以VOSviewer,HistCite,CiteSpace等可視化文獻計量工具,採集Web of Science核心期刊資料庫文獻資料為研究數據,通過對1946-2020年間1555篇道德領導研究文獻和389篇教育領域有關道德領導研究的文獻進行數據分析和處理,呈現道德領域研究的主題詞群聚關係及歷史發展脈絡,並希望藉此鏈接展望道德領導未來發展趨勢,通過研究結果發現:(1)道德領導的研究已經開始步入成熟期,並在2019年達到峰值,而教育領域對道德領導的研究仍處在成長期。(2)道德領導的研究論文引用和論文數量最高的均位於美國,近十年來中國大陸、澳大利亞等國家表現強勢,在2018年後巴基斯坦、波蘭等國家亦開始重視道德領導,而在教育領域南非、馬來西亞等國家表現強勢。(3)道德領導在教育領域對的研究,在研究數及被引量上明顯低於管理學科與商業;約為四分之一,在道德領導的研究中,最重要的期刊是「Journal of Business Ethics」,除此之外,在教育領域中「Educational Management Administration & Leadership」亦非常重要。(4)Brown ME是有關道德領導的重要作者,其對道德領導的定義被廣為引用,其在2005年發表的論文,廣為被學者引用。(5)道德領導在教育領域的研究焦點從以往的聚焦在校長、師生、管理與領導過度到現在的關注團隊合作、技能培養、道德認同、領導個人作用與價值、團隊氣氛等主題,而在未來可能會同教師專業發展、可持續領導、新知學習、社會正義、角色外工作、教師敬業度與滿意度等主題相連接。
In recent years, moral leadership has become a hot topic in empirical research, and the topic of moral leadership has received extensive attention from academic circles. This study uses the research and analysis methods of bibliometrics analysis, uses visual bibliometrics tools such as VOSviewer, HistCite, CiteSpace, and collects literature data from the core journal database of Web of Science as the research data. Through the analysis of 1555 moral leadership research literature and Data analysis and processing of 389 literature related to moral leadership research in the field of education presents the clustering relationship and historical development context of the subject terms in the field of morality, and hopes to use this link to look forward to the future development trend of moral leadership. The research results find that: (1 ) Research on moral leadership has begun to enter a mature stage and will reach its peak in 2019, while research on moral leadership in the education field is still in its growth stage. (2) The United States has the highest number of research papers citations and papers on moral leadership. In the past ten years, countries such as China and Australia have shown strong performance. After 2018, countries such as Pakistan and Poland have also begun to attach importance to moral leadership. , Malaysia and other countries performed strongly. (3) The number of studies and citations of moral leadership in the field of education is significantly lower than that of management disciplines and business; about a quarter. In the study of moral leadership, the most important journal is "Journal of Business Ethics", besides, "Educational Management Administration & Leadership" is also very important in the education field. (4) Brown ME is an important author on moral leadership. Its definition of moral leadership is widely cited. His papers published in 2005 are widely cited by scholars. (5) The research focus of ethical leadership in the education field has changed from the previous focus on principals, teachers and students, management and leadership to the current focus on teamwork, skill development, moral identity, personal role and value of leadership, team atmosphere and other topics. In the future, it may be connected with themes such as teacher professional development, sustainable leadership, new knowledge learning, social justice, off-role work, teacher engagement and satisfaction.
