本論文將以綠能產業為主軸，分析太陽能、儲能、電動車的產業發展與營運模式探討，主要因為上述三個產業具有相互影響之關係，對於國家電力調度影響巨大。各國綠能政策也都持續推動創能(太陽能)、儲能、用能(電動車)，三能一體的完整布局。本研究除了研究綠能產業 (創能、儲能、用能) 相關發展趨勢之外，並依據趨勢研究其營運模式，當中以電動車充電系統新創公司為例，研究個案公司背景及所處市場機會點，並用用SWOT分析國內外電動車市場銷售策略，個案研究，並運用九宮格商業模式圖方式分析未來發展趨勢及競爭策略，加以剖析營運模式運用，提出電動車產業可行營運模式。結論規劃出完整的短、中、長期營運目標與策略。

This paper will take the green energy industry as the main axis to analyze the industrial development and operation mode of solar energy, energy storage, and electric vehicles. The main reason is that the above three industries have an inter-influence relationship and have a huge impact on national power dispatch. Green energy policies in various countries have also continued to promote the complete layout of energy creation (solar energy), energy storage, and energy use (electric vehicles). In addition to studying the relevant development trends of the green energy industry (energy creation, energy storage, and energy use), this research also studies its business model based on the trends. Taking the new startup company of electric vehicle charging system as an example, the background and location of the individual company are studied. For market opportunities, use SWOT to analyze domestic and foreign electric vehicle market sales strategies, case studies, and use Alexander Osterwalder Business Model Canvas to analyze future development trends and competitive strategies, analyze the application of operating models, and propose feasible operating models for the electric vehicle industry. The conclusion scheme completes short, medium, and long-term operational goals and strategies.
