E-governance is a relatively new aspect for St. Vincent and the Grenadines' public administration sector, and it is quickly growing. The purpose of this thesis is to look at the elements that may impact citizens and business employees to have a favorable attitude toward the implementation of E-governance. The study's conclusions will assist policymakers in designing public service delivery. This study polled 486 persons in St. Vincent and Grenadines. An exploratory factor analysis was used to check the theoretical model against the data gathered, a confirmatory analysis was used to identify latent components, and a regression analysis was used to evaluate the generated hypotheses. According to the findings, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions have a positive influence on attitude toward E-governance implementation. Gender, age, and education, on the other hand, have no moderating effect on the relationship. The study contributes to academics and practices. Despite the fact that the unified theory of acceptance and use of technology (UTAUT) has been used in corporate contexts, this study adds the UTAUT theory into academic literature in E-governance service domain. The results of this study offer a guidance for developing nations, such as St. Vincent and the Grenadines, to plan and execute their e-governance initiatives. Based on the findings from this research, a government could spend ICT infrastructure expenditures to deliver effective services that both residents and workers will benefit from e-governance.
