本研究探討金門在地計程車於戰地政務時期後，歷經裁軍及政策變化下，影響金門計程車產業的各項因素並觸及日後展望，我們的研究母體為2021年金門合法登記計程車業者共計464輛，至今 (2021年) 實際活動數量則為200台以內，本文的調查回收樣本共計112份，相較交通部108年計程車營運狀況報告表，回收樣本數為130份，顯示本研究樣本具代表性。
我們首先對政策前、後營運指標以簡單的t檢定 (t-test) 檢視，皆呈現高度顯著差異。接著，以多元線性迴歸模型 (Multiple regression analysis) 進行實證估計，研究結果發現，金防部政策對於計程車業者有顯著影響，影響較者為為年資較長的司機，而我們認為這些衝擊較大的司機皆為經歷過戰地政務時期的業者，當初走過「黃金十年」、「日行300公里」的輝煌紀錄，今非昔比，景氣不可同日而語。然而，在金門客源有限下，計程車業者因月收入不高，目前年輕司機皆以兼職方式營運。軍人經濟已不復見，觀光客為眾所冀盼之收入來源，本研究發現計程車業者對於異業結盟有高度意願，而與旅行社合作較無意願，此乃因旅行社「一條龍」式的垂直整合下，計程車無法因與之合作進入該市場而獲利。

This study explores whether the military is still the main source of operating income after the Kinmen local taxis have undergone disarmament and policy changes after the battlefield administration period. Our research is based on 464 legally registered taxi operators in Kinmen in 2021. The actual number of current active taxis is less than 200. We collected a total of 112 samples from this survey. Compared with the 2019 Taxi Operation Report by the Ministry of Transport, the number of samples collected was 130. It shows that our sample adopted in this study is representative.
We first examine the pre- and post-policy operating indicators with a simple t-test, which reveals a highly significant difference. The results based on a series of regresson runs demonstrate that the role of National Defense Policy has a significant impact on taxi operators. The glorious record of “Golden Decade” and “300 kilometers a day” has been passed. However, the fact is the limited customer source in Kinmen. Due to the low monthly income of taxi operators, young drivers are currently operating part-time.
The military economy is gone, and tourists are the main source of income that everyone awaits. However, under the vertical integration of travel agencies, Kinmen taxis do not have an enough room to gain by collaborating with travel agencies. Therefore, the study conludes that taxi operators have a high willingness to form alliances in different industries and have no willingness to cooperate with travel agencies.
