As the scale of the enterprise becomes larger and larger, its influence expands day by day. Under the dominance of business and capital by enterprises, how enterprises can develop cultural is the most important issue today. This research way is depth interviews. Will interview foundations that have invested in culture for a long time. Through research projects, we can find out effects and influences about cultural development. At the end, this research induces the "strategy matrix for promoting cultural development", by the two variables, "strategy model" and "concentration of sponsorship". This matrix can be used to analyze the foundation's strategy about cultural development. I hope that other companies who try to invest resources in cultural development in the future, can refer to the "strategy matrix for promoting cultural development".
