近年來5G產業發展對於台灣電子業上中下游帶來很高的成長和新商機預期，在各國大量增加5G的資本開支下，5G開放架構電信設備的即所謂開放式組網的5G方案亦給電信業者一個更彈性更有效率的選擇，如此之外5G網路更大的商機在於跨領域的企業專用網路的應用和整合商機，本研究先從技術和市場趨勢研究開始，並以Ｉ公司的5G團隊的開創生意為例，探討個案從電子系代工廠轉型為5G專網的解決方案提供者或是系統整合商的轉型過程，研究過程中以策略創新管理的角度去分析，並給予一些建議。

In recent years, the development of the 5G industry has brought high growth and new business opportunities for the upper, middle and lower reaches of Taiwan’s electronics industry. With the large increase in capital expenditures of 5G in various countries, the 5G open-architecture telecommunications equipment, the so-called 5G solution for open networking, also gives Telecom operators have a more flexible and efficient choice. In addition to this, the greater business opportunities of 5G networks lie in the application and integration business opportunities of cross-domain enterprise private networks. This research starts with research on technology and market trends, and uses company I The 5G team’s business creation as an example, to discuss the transformation process of a case from an electronics foundry to a 5G private network solution provider or system integrator. During the research process, we analyze it from the perspective of strategic innovation management and give some suggestions.
