affect human capital and human capital have a positive influence on business
efficiency and innovative capacity. We will focus on national-level quantitative
research based on the Institute of Management Development (IMD) dataset, which
includes 63 countries with 30 years date range and more than 300 hundred indicators.
We used M plus to complete the statistic and programming parts. The results
of mediation between human capital and business innovation and business efficiency
are positive, which shows that human capital is important in countries’ development
stages. Human capital can be invested by spending money on R&D, and after the
cultivation of human capital, the business will have better performance on efficiency
and innovation.
