回顧疫情初期,疫情資訊發酵至社群媒體,民眾透過社群媒體積極傳播相關資訊,使得疫情消息得以快速傳播。疫情爆發之際,台灣與中國大陸反應也大不相同,使得防疫開展有所落差。本文將梳理疫情期間的網路討論與防疫政策,並蒐集兩國社群媒體PTT與微博貼文,進行關鍵字詞、留言數主題分類,運用災難社會學理論風險操作化,拆解社會資本的資訊傳播與訊息交流,納入風險感知、風險因應行為重組模型,分析客觀風險對於風險感知、風險因應行為相互關係,進而形成本文假設:疫情擴散,增加疫情資訊、防疫作為的資訊傳播與訊息交流,並透過資訊傳播與訊息交流進一步減緩疫情。本文研究結果證實,疫情擴散,增加疫情資訊、防疫作為的資訊傳播與訊息交流,而疫情資訊、防疫作為的資訊傳播與訊息交流增加,有助於疫情趨緩的效果。此外,比較兩國談論政府機構的貼文,發現PTT資訊傳播與訊息交流增加,仍有助於疫情趨緩;然而微博的資訊傳播增加,則疫情趨緩的效果消失,甚至可能擴散疫情。
Looking back at the pandemic, pandemic information quickly spread to social media, allowing the rapid spread of pandemic news. At the time of the outbreak, Taiwan and China reacted quite differently, causing a gap in the development of pandemic prevention. This study sorts out online discussions and government policies during the pandemic, and collects social media PTT and WEIBO posts, classifies keywords and the messages, and uses the theory of sociology disaster to disassemble the information dissemination and information exchange of social capital, join the risk perception and coping behavior restructuring model, analyze the relationship between risk and risk perception and coping behavior, and then form the hypothesis:the spread of the pandemic, the promotion of dissemination and exchange of pandemic information and prevention measures, and further slow down the pandemic through dissemination and exchange. The results of this study confirm that the spread of the pandemic can enhance the dissemination and exchange of pandemic information and prevention measures, and the dissemination and exchange of pandemic information and prevention measures will help the pandemic slow down. In addition, comparing PTT and WEIBO's posts about the government, it is found that the increase in PTT information dissemination and information exchange can still help slow down the pandemic; however, the increase in information dissemination on WEIBO will eliminate the slowing effect of the pandemic and even spread the pandemic.
