Working pressure have a great impact on the health and quality of work, which also imped the learning effect of students. This research aimed to investigate the function and interface design of the Mindfulness App, which can be used by preschool teachers, kindergarten teachers, and team of special education to reduce their pressure.
The main participants of this study are Taiwanese adults who age 20 and above. A total of 201 completed questionnaires, including 189 valid questionnaires. The questionnaire reclaiming efficiency achieves 94%. The independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, Person's product-moment correlation, sobel test, descriptive statistics, item-analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and exploratory factor analysis (oblique rotation) were used for statistics analysis. The results were concluded as follows:
1. There are no significant correlation between Background Variables and work stress or COVID-19 stress and life satisfaction.
2. There are a significant and positive correlation between working pressure and COVID-19 stress, and a significant negative correlation between life satisfaction and working pressure; COVID-19 stress influenced work stress, which in turn influenced life satisfaction.
3. The importance of the function of the Mindfulness App Function was ranked as follows: a video introducing the concept of positive thinking, and a video introducing the concept of positive thinking、.Focus on the rhythm of breathing 、have a link to positive thinking for reference 、have a short article on the concept of positive thinking、need a fixed time to practice、have a video to follow the body movements、instructive words for body movement guidance、belly breathing、normal breathing、nose in and mouth out、counting the number of breaths.
4. The Mindfulness meditation App questionnaire have good reliability and validity.
5. Only age type had a significant effect on the level of engagement, and others are no significant difference.
6. The importance of the Mindfulness App Interface: information, functionality, aesthetics, and the level of engagement.
7. The orientation of the Mindfulness App Interface design was divided into two categories: interactive and practical.
8. The construct of the Mindfulness meditation App interface design questionnaire have good reliability and validity.
Theanlaysis of Mindfulness App function and interface were analyzed as a pilot in Taiwan. More research may be needed in the future to validate these research findings.
