參與競技運動之運動員經常面臨相當大的生理與心理壓力,心理技能被認為有助於運動員增進表現的有效工具,團隊運動如何進行有效的溝通往往是左右勝負的關鍵之一,本研究提供恢復建議、心理服務與溝通輔導,幫助運動員有效恢復身心狀態、實務應用心理技能與改善溝通表現。本研究目的為藉由量表檢測進行監控,透過運動心理服務介入,最後進行評估,藉此探討大專籃球運動員身心恢復、心理技能與溝通之監控、介入與評估。本研究共十五位大專男子籃球運動員參與,進行為期14週之心理服務介入。研究者除隨隊參與訓練及大專籃球聯賽外,每月透過運動員壓力恢復量表監控身心恢復程度,於複賽階段以中文版第三代渥太華心理技能量表及改編後之溝通適應表,監控心理技能應用情形與溝通表現。透過課程講座、團體諮商、個別心理諮詢與臨場心理服務作為介入方式,而後進行服務成效評估。根據研究結果發現,無論身心恢復、心理技能與溝通,皆可分為三個族群,依運動員個別需求予以相關建議或介入。將相關資料提供給教練,透過諮詢與討論,作為訓練與指導之調整參考,將運動科學落實於競技運動實務場域。

Athletes participating in competitive sports often face considerable physical and psychological stress. Mental skills are considered to be effective tools to help athletes improve performance. How to communicate effectively in team sports is often one of the keys to winning or losing. This study provides recovery suggestions , psychological services and communication counseling, to help athletes effectively restore their physical and mental state, practical application of psychological skills and improve communication performance. The purpose of this study was to monitor by scale testing, intervene through sports psychology services, and finally evaluate. To explore the effectiveness of monitoring, intervention and assessment of physical and mental recovery, psychological skills and communication in college basketball players. A total of 15 junior college male basketball players participated in this study and underwent a 14-week psychological service intervention. In addition to participating in training and college basketball leagues with the team, the researchers monitored the physical and mental recovery through the Athlete Stress Recovery Scale every month. During the rematch stage, the Chinese version of the third-generation Ottawa Psychological Skills Scale and the adapted Communication Adaptation Scale were used to monitor mental and physical recovery. Skill application and communication performance. Through course lectures, group consultations, individual psychological consultations and on-site psychological services as intervention methods, and then evaluate the effectiveness of services. According to the research results, no matter physical and mental recovery, psychological skills and communication, they can be divided into three groups, and relevant suggestions or interventions are given according to the individual needs of athletes. Provide relevant information to coaches, through consultation and discussion, as a reference for adjustment of training and guidance, and implement sports science in the field of competitive sports practice.
