本研究旨在探討願意理解精神疾患之非典型倖存者遭受精神疾患性犯罪之經驗及因應歷程，以半結構式方法深入訪談三位倖存者，再以Labov敘事結構分析方法進行分析，結論如下：
本研究三位非典型倖存者分別呈現出「明明我的處境是受傷憤怒無力的，但仍擔心提告會對精神疾患加害者造成影響，因而期望以不同處遇來教化加害者，這讓我成為不是大眾預期的受害者」、「我雖然感受到身為受害者的困擾和害怕，但因為考量前女友的精神疾病，使我反省自己是否能用更周全的方式處遇，而釋懷後也讓我對於精神疾患有更立體的理解」、「前男友的犯行及他人的回應持續讓我感到傷害，然而不被理解的受害者經驗，讓我對精神疾患及罪犯變得更加寬容」三種遭受精神疾患性犯罪之經驗及因應歷程路徑。
根據本研究三位非典型倖存者之敘說分析結果進行綜合討論，歸納出「非典型倖存者自身感受到被傷害的無助與害怕，又同時在同理加害者的過程中感到自責及心軟，不斷在這樣的矛盾中尋找平衡」、「非典型倖存者因應歷程從原先求助、捍衛自我，轉變為精神疾患罪犯發聲、倡議，藉此轉化自身痛苦、尋回自主性」兩項結論。

最後，研究者依據研究結果分析及討論，提出具體建議以供教育者、實務工作者、未來研究方向參考。

The purpose of this research is to explore the experiences and coping processes of non-ideal survivors who are willing to understand mental disorders and have been survivors of crimes related to mental disorders. Through in-depth semi-structured interviews with three survivors, and utilizing Labov’s Narrative Structure Analysis, the following conclusions were drawn:

1. The three non-ideal survivors presented three different experiences and coping processes: "Even though I was helpless and angry, I worried that pressing charges would harm the perpetrator with mental disorders. Thus, I hoped to educate the perpetrator with different approaches and became an unexpected victim." " I did feel troubled and scared as a victim, but I also reflected on whether I could handle the situation in a more comprehensive way considering my ex-girlfriend's mental disorders. After coming to terms with it, it helped me gain a more nuanced understanding of mental disorders." "The criminal actions of my ex-boyfriend and the response of others continue to hurt me, but the experience of being an ununderstood victim made me more tolerant of mental disorders and criminals."

2. Based on the narrative analysis of the three non-ideal survivors' stories, the following conclusions were drawn: "Non-ideal survivors feel helpless and scared because of the harm they have experienced. At the same time, they also feel self-blame and soft-heartedness during the process of empathizing with the perpetrator. They constantly seek balance in such contradictions." and " Non-ideal survivors go through a process of shifting from seeking help and self-defense to speaking out as mental illness advocates, in order to transform their own pain and regain autonomy."

Finally, based on the analysis and discussion of the research results, recommendations and references are presented to educators, professional helpers and future research.
