The E.SUN Foundation has organized E.SUN Volunteer Teams to provide services to rural primary schools in Taiwan since 2007. It is found that schools in rural areas are lack of books or the software and hardware equipment in library are old. They decided to launch the " E.SUN Golden Seed Project" to help these resource-lacked primary schools. Till the end of June 2020, there are 153 E.SUN libraries have been established. The purpose of this study is to explore the eight E.SUN libraries were built in Hsinchu County in 2019, according to teachers’ evaluations about the usage situation, spatial planning, book quality, service quality, utilization education, and overall evaluations of E.SUN libraries. This study used questionnaire survey and interviews to investigate and analyze the research data and came to the following conclusions: 1. The characteristics of E.SUN library planning wrer to seek differences from the same. 2. Teachers usually do reading-course teaching via E.SUN library. 3. The teachers are highly satisfied with each item of E.SUN Library after-use evaluation. 4. Teachers think E.SUN library needs to strengthen information equipment after post-occupancy evaluation After conducting a comprehensive analysis, this study made the following recommendations based on the current usage and post-use evaluation of E.SUN Library: 1. Big data can be used to count the usage of E.SUN Library 2. More planning discussions with schools while planning 3. Build Information equipment and E-books increase digital education and learning 4. Both E.SUN Library and schools can establish E.SUN Library Volunteer Service Team 5. E.SUN Library School can establish school-based library utilization education
